Either she lying about what she smoked, or she just don't need to do it
Apparently this woman was too high to drive, so she does the logical thing by making her 6 year old drive her car .... From the looks of things...she on some shit
If you gonna do anything...
1.) Your child shouldn't witness or have any idea of your extra curricular activities
2.) If you can't get a handle over whatever it is you do and have the coordination to get you and your child home - you shouldn't of done it in the first place
It was HIGHLY irresponsibile of her in many ways and it's things like this that make people thing badly on people who do partake of the Marijuana. Whatever they decide to do with her is well deserved.
