You never speak on shit, you just let everyone else talk. Not only will it keep your name out of peoples mouths, it will also keep happy non -violent customers.
This stylist learned her lesson the hard way by talking about one too many jump-offs...and they jumped off and kicked her ass!!!
One was even kicking ol' girl in the face...and she kept talking THE WHOLE TIME but never swung back.
